This was the original version of The Devil Is A Busy Man that I had made in Berlin. One night I was drunk at 8MM Bar and ended up in Anton Newcombe's apartment where I played him and Katy some music. He started playing guitar over some stuff with me recording it via an old minidisc recorder. Once back in the USA and in the studio Jeffro and I tinkered about with it and came up with the version which appeared on the album 'The Devil Is A Busy Man'. I still always really liked this alternate and unreleased version and called it The Devil May Care in my head. When the idea this here mini-album of remixes presented itself, The Devil May Care found a home.
